Hello, I'm Jen Harrap, and I want to make one thing abundantly clear: I am Not A Weight Loss Coach. I am an expert in empowering women to integrate health and fitness into their lives while liberating them from the tyranny of the scale. My passion lies in helping women discover the incredible potential of their bodies and fostering a deep love for health, fitness, and most importantly, themselves.

I've walked in your shoes. I understand the relentless grind of working 45+ hour weeks, enduring hours of daily commuting, and juggling countless other life priorities. The result? Unwanted weight creeping on and energy levels hitting rock bottom. Sound familiar?

But here's the kicker: I found a way to reverse that trend, shed 20 pounds, and achieve feats in my fitness journey that I once considered laughable. Think conquering a 3-peak mountain challenge or mastering the elusive pull-up.

I accomplished all this while immersed in the corporate world for over 7 years. So, I'm not just another health and fitness coach who's always been in this field. I get it. I understand that health and fitness can sometimes take a back seat in the chaos of our lives.
