Frequently Asked Questions

Question 1: What if I've tried everything before?

You're exactly who the Fitness Role Model Method was designed for.

Most women who join already know what they should be doing. The difference is having accountability, support and a system that helps you stay consistent when life gets busy.

Question 2: Do I need a gym membership?

No. That's why there are three options:

1. Accountability only - some of our FRMM members are already going to the gym or classes so don't need help with exercise.

2. Gym/Home based programmes - gym based programme is actually a dumbbell/bodyweight only programme and the home programme is bodyweight only. So minimal equipment required for both.

3. Bespoke plan - this is where we work together to build out an exercise plan that works for you, whether you have a gym membership or zero equipment available to you.

Question 3: What if I miss workouts?

Life happens.

FRMM isn't about being perfect. It's about learning how to get back on track quickly instead of giving up completely.

Question 4: Is this a weight loss programme?

Not specifically.

Many women do lose weight and body measurements go down because they become more consistent with their habits, but the main goal is building strength, confidence and sustainable habits that fit your real life.

At the beginning of each 8 week cycle, I review your goals and build out a personalised weekly check in based on your personal goals... if you're not interested in weight loss, then we don't track it!

Question 5: I'm really busy. Will this work for me?

Most women in the Fitness Role Model Method are juggling work, family, kids, travel and everything else life throws at them.

The programme is designed to help you stay consistent even when life isn't perfect.

Question 6: What support do I get?

You'll receive weekly check-ins, accountability, habit tracking, coaching support and access to a community of women working towards similar goals.

Question 7: What if I don't know what my goals are?

That's okay.

Many women join because they simply want to feel better, have more energy, get stronger, feel more confident and stop constantly starting over.

But I will help you design some goals, so you can see you're making progress!

Question 8: When does the next intake start?

The next intake starts on 22 June 2026.
